LGRA (Little Grappy Running Academy) is a Malaysia-based movement and endurance training academy providing both physical and online training programmes. Established in 2020, we bring more than five years of coaching experience and have supported over 1,000 individuals in improving their movement, strength, and overall physical well-being.
LGRA is not only for competitive runners. Our programmes are designed for everyone — including beginners taking their first steps into walking or running, youths building healthy movement habits, working adults seeking balance and fitness, seniors aiming to stay active and independent, and individuals recovering from injury who wish to return to pain-free movement.
We believe that good movement is the foundation of a healthy and active life. Our coaching approach focuses on proper technique, body alignment, strength development, and gradual progression, helping participants reduce discomfort in daily life, lower injury risk, and move with confidence.
Whether the goal is to walk comfortably, run efficiently, or rebuild strength after injury, LGRA provides structured guidance tailored to individual needs and abilities.
Through a combination of education, hands-on coaching, and personalised feedback, we aim to empower our participants with the knowledge and physical capacity to move safely and sustainably for the long term.
Our mission is simple: to guide people of all ages — young or senior, beginner or advanced — towards safe, confident movement and a stronger, more active lifestyle.
