🟢 LGRA PERSONALISED PHYSICAL CLASS

From Pain to Progress. From Running to Running Right.


The LGRA Personalised Physical Class is a weekly group training programme designed to address individual running issues while training in a supportive group environment.

Although conducted as a large group class, runners are divided into smaller sub-groups to allow personalised attention, proper build-up, and targeted guidance based on individual needs.

Training Schedule:

📅 Monday — 6:30pm to 7:30pm
📅 Thursday — 6:30pm to 7:30pm
📅 Sunday — 5:00pm to 6:00pm

✔ Breathing control and efficiency
✔ Running technique improvement
✔ Injury prevention and long-term durability
✔ Progressive build-up suited to each runner
