The LGRA Performance Enhancement Class is a high-level, race-specific training session designed to simulate real race-day conditions and elevate runners into true competition performance.
Training starts at actual race timings — 4:00am or 5:00am, helping athletes adapt physically and mentally to race-day demands.
This 2-hour session is built to:
